Thank You!

The two paintings above have appeared on many of my thank you and holiday cards over the past four years. In recognition of the many great people that have recently met with me, and offered advice and encouragement toward going after my dreams, I am posting them here. Thank you!

Rockwood Island shows the seasonal effects of the acidic water on limestome bedrock. I painted this in 2000 after a family outting. Rockwood is a conservation area just east of Guelph, Ontario.

Algonquin Lagoon documents a canoe trip that I took with a friend in 1999. We paddled out of Kiosk, in the north, and rarely saw a soul for four days; quite a different experience from our regular trips through the southern access points.
